Then attempted to reschedule a inbound live unload and was transferred so many times on the phone. Finally when I got a respond from the front gate at GYR3 to come back in the morning to unload you at 1300 I showed up 24 hours later and they told me someone deleted the ISA along with the appointment I was told was in place. I was in Arizona trying to unload and they would not unload me due to amazon employee who built the job built it wrong. The third and last one I gave them one last shot and it was the worst. Two weren’t that bad because I was near my home and they told me to came back in the morning instead of scheduled appointment.
I recently got my own trailer and booked a total of 3 jobs and 2 and they were all issues at inbound delivery. Please do not use your own trailer for amazon loads.
